Great Product

Weights came in and I used them already a bunch. They are great for those in between weights you cant find at the gym. This is already helping me grow muscle. Owner was also super friendly and helpful.

These are great for allowing me to use progressive overload in my workouts, since jumping 5lbs at a time is too much. Great investment and can't wait to get the 2.5lb ones which I already pre-ordered!

Love my Micro Gainz!!

I bought the red so that they will stand out bright and help to prevent me from leaving them at the gym, although I use them at home too. They are so nice to add small weights to dumbbells to progress my lifting! The spring at the hinge point is perfect! These were expensive, but a one-time cost that takes place of purchasing lots of other dumbbells. You will love them and won't regret purchasing them.
